"I’ve had the privilege of working with Rhonda for almost 3 years and in that time I have known her to be a highly motivated and over achieving professional, and trust worthy colleague. Rhonda never misses a beat; she's a quick thinker with a grasp on all the fine details. She has an incredible work ethic and the highest standards, both for herself and those she works with. Rhonda is also the most passionate gamer I've ever met."

"I had the good fortune to work with Rhonda while she served as an audio production assistant for ‘Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft’. I was immediately impressed with her selfless, serious-minded and professional approach to her job, and valued her experienced outlook of working in the games industry as a whole. Rhonda is both a passionate gamer and passionate about videogame audio - both cutting edge and 'retro'. She is a no-nonsense type of person and and a hard-working member of the Blizzard Audio production team. In fact, whilst functioning effectively in her role on Hearthstone, she simultaneously performed in a similar capacity for the World of Warcraft team. I would both work with her again and recommend her for a production role without hesitation."

"Rhonda sets a very high bar for speed, organization and knowledge of the many varied systems that we use every day at Blizzard. I know that whenever I get stuck using a process, (no matter how obscure!) she is the person to go to for answers.
To sum up: knowledgeable, reliable, and always professional."

"Rhonda was selected to be the dedicated Technical Requirements Group lead for all Guitar Hero and DJ Hero projects. During her time as lead she was in charge of the database, assigned tasks to testers and handled communications with the developer and production. She excelled in these tasks and as a result each project was successful in completing a pass on the first submission to first party Microsoft."

"I worked alongside Rhonda during my 3 years at Activision. We were on different teams, but she often helped our team when needed (which was always very much appreciated). She's always willing to go the extra mile, including working overtime when necessary, improving efficiency, and leading fellow teammates during strict deadlines. Her knowledge, expertise, and abilities are extremely valuable to any company. I can definitely recommend Rhonda based on the tremendous work I've seen her do in the past."

"I had the pleasure of working with Rhonda on Modern Warfare 2 when Activision sent her to our studio to train me for TRG testing. Rhonda is a phenomenally bright and professional individual. Her training was incredibly thorough and she left me feeling confident with my new skills. She takes her work very seriously and has remained an outstanding resource for all of my TRG questions. Her reliability and intelligence makes her a valuable asset to a project. I look forward to working with her again on other projects."

"Rhonda is very professional and organized. When working with her I found that she is knowledgeable and is very patient yet tenacious when researching and resolving matters. It was a pleasure to work with her during my stay with the Microsoft division of the requirements group and would be more than happy to work with her again in the future."

"Rhonda is one of the most enduring and adaptable colleagues I've had the pleasure to work with at Activision. She consistently excelled at every task to which she was assigned and has always maintained a professional demeanor of calm and confidence regardless of the difficulty presented. In the technical requirements group, she set the bar high for the standard of reliability and excellence and continues to do so to this day. It would be a pleasure to work with Rhonda again - her natural insight, ambition and intelligence shines through on every project she touches."

"I worked with Rhonda when she was a QA functional and TRG tester. She is extremely intelligent, takes guidance well, and is a very dependable requirements tester. She can be a workhorse in the database and has the experience to be the effective last line of defense for pesky requirements bugs. Would not hesitate to call upon her again if my game was in need of Microsoft cert. Also, it's worth noting she is a passionate, hard-core gamer."

"Rhonda was the workhorse of my Microsoft projects when she worked for me. She was always there and had a well thought out answer when I had to get something figured out before finishing reports or talking to Upper Management. She was a good team player and even helped the new people with getting up to speed on requirements. When she left my direct supervision for another group, I could always count on her expertise to get a game out the door."

"I worked under Rhonda for her first project as a QA Lead, and she handled it like a natural. We were working on one of the first titles Activision had for the Nintendo Wii, which meant there was a lot of attention on the title, and everyone involved was new to the Motion Control technology. Rhonda is extremely focused and detail-oriented, which allowed her to prepare for all the challenges of a new role and a new console. She researched the Wii's parameters thoroughly, and knew more about the console than anyone at the time. Even as a new Lead, was very good at answering complicated questions from her testers, and directing test plans in an effective manner. She definitely adapted to the Lead role well. Although I was not on her team at the end of the project, I do know that the rest of the test cycle through to submission ran smoothly."
